These terms govern the SMS text messaging program offered by The Head Sculptor LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a barbershop located at 13032 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to this SMS program. If you are under 18, please do not submit your phone number or check either consent box on our text sign-up page.
The Program
The Head Sculptor LLC's SMS program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and — if you've opted in — occasional promotional offers from The Head Sculptor LLC barbershop, Carrollwood, Tampa FL.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (813) 370-1756. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at ledariusdavis@theheadsculptor.net.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency & Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
